Body:

A tummy tuck or abdominoplasty involves the removal of extra abdominal skin. Muscle tightening can be done during this procedure as well.

An arm lift, also called brachioplasty, is a procedure targeting the removal of sagging or hanging upper arm skin, referred to as “wings” or “bat wings” by many.

Sometimes called a “bra lift,” back fat removal involves the surgical removal of skin from the back area.
Body contouring is a procedure that alters the shape of the body, eliminating or reducing excess fat and skin.
A butt lift removes skin around the butt in order to raise or lift up the sagging area. Please note: A butt lift is different than a Brazilian Butt Lift, which adds fat to the butt to increase its size and alter its shape.
Fat grafting involves the borrowing of fat from one part of the body to use in another area of the body. Examples that may utilize this technique include facial aging correction, breast reconstruction, Brazilian Butt Lift or scar improvement.
Labiaplasty involves removal and reduction of the labial skin at the “lips” of the vaginal area, which may be done for comfort, cosmetic concerns or as a part of vaginal rejuvenation.
Liposuction can be applied to almost any body part, but common areas include the abdomen, love handles, lower back, thighs and saddlebags. The procedure involves the suctioning of fat out of the designated area in order to sculpt the area. This procedure is not a method for weight loss.
Procedures could include the removal of moles, skin cancer, skin tags, etc. in cosmetically sensitive areas of the body.
A thigh lift removes the extra skin around the thigh in order to reshape, smooth and contour the area.
Torn or split earlobes, ear gauges and piercings in other areas of the body can be repaired via surgery.

Breast:

Breast augmentation or enlargement, also commonly referred to as a “boob job,” involves making the breast bigger via implants or fat transfer.
Breast lift, also referred to as mastopexy, involves removing excess skin and tightening the tissue around the breast to raise drooping or sagging breasts.
Breast reconstruction, typically performed after a mastectomy or lumpectomy, rebuilds the shape and look of the breast. Our practice also offers 3D areolar tattooing.
Breast reduction, also called reduction mammoplasty, removes excess breast fat, glandular tissue and skin to reduce the size of the breast.
Our practice performs implant removal and/or replacement, including the removal and/or replacement of ruptured implants.
Male breast reduction is the process of reducing the size of enlarged male breast tissue, a condition called gynecomastia.

Hand:

Plastic surgeons perform a range of hand procedures, including those for carpal tunnel, which involves the release of the median nerve at the wrist.
Ganglion cysts, also called a “Bible cyst” or bump, are usually characterized by a mass over the tendons of the hand.
Hand masses could include the removal of soft tissue masses and tumors of various sizes in the hand or fingers.
Trigger finger, usually characterized by thickening or irritation of the flexor tendon, causes inflammation and the finger to get “caught” or locked down.

Face:

Also referred to as a lid lift or eyelid lift, blepharoplasty is performed to treat excessive or droopy skin on the upper and/or lower lids. This procedure may also need to be evaluated by your eye doctor.
We perform cosmetic Botox procedures as well as Botox for migraines, both of which typically need follow-up care every three months. We also perform Botox procedures for hyperhidrosis, or excessive armpit sweating, which typically needs follow-up every six months. Pricing starts at $10 a unit; please call for details.
Fillers are used to fill in wrinkles, add volume, and plump or alter the contour of the face. Our practice uses Juvéderm and Renuva® fillers. Please call for pricing.

Erin

Dr. Scott surpassed my expectations. She is always checking her work and making sure everything is up to par for her—she makes sure the outcome is exactly as it should be. The quality of her work was frankly better than I have seen in Carmel with a very experienced surgeon. My mother and I both visited a northside surgeon and Dr. Scott was better hands down. Dr. Scott helps you put the finishing touch on all of your hard work. My only complaint was that I didn’t consult sooner. For all of the reasons you want to have plastic surgery, none of those involve waiting longer. Just do it now so that you can begin enjoying the results. There’s no reason to wait. Erin, Avon

3D Areola/Nipple Tattoo Reconstruction

For women who have experienced nipple removal or pigment loss, whether from breast cancer surgery or other trauma, areolar tattooing can restore a sense of wholeness and femininity. Hendricks Regional Health Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery offers in-house medical tattooing services for areolar reconstruction and restoration.

3D Areola Tattoo Reconstruction is priced per procedure and for breast reconstruction is covered by most medical insurance carriers when provided through our office. This service intends to restore lost color and appearance of the lost or injured nipple. Our team works with you to achieve the best outcome and breast size proportional to your body.

Post Weight Loss Procedures

Dr. Scott performs a range of procedures for bariatric patients or patients who have undergone significant weight loss—it may include tummy tucks/abdominoplasty, breast lift, breast augmentation/enlargement, arm and/or thigh lifts, and more. Body contouring, a procedure that eliminates or reduces excess fat and skin in certain areas of the body, is a popular surgery performed by our practice.

Hand Procedures

Plastic surgeons perform a range of hand procedures, including those for carpal tunnel, ganglion cysts, hand masses and trigger finger. For patients who need pre- or post-operative rehabilitation services, Dr. Scott collaborates with the physical and occupational therapy teams at Hendricks Regional Health to help patients restore motion and regain function.

Skin Cancer & Skin Lesion Procedures

Dermatologists often perform biopsies or smaller procedures, but typically refer those needing larger surgery or procedures in cosmetically sensitive areas to a plastic surgeon. Procedures for adults and children could include the removal of moles, skin cancer, skin tags, etc.
